my friend told me that for the conversion of car pertol version (cult) to CNG, it is necessary to first remove the catalytic converter as it tends to choak exhayust the system I wish to confirm that it's true or not again until I CNG car to put on.

I don't think there is a catalytic converter in locally manufactured cars.
