Guys I'm picking a serious problem with my car a lot of things, but still has a slow speed sometimes choppy. On steep roads the car as it has 8 ppl in and im running on CNG, I am NOT. Someone suggested that it might be due to a choked catalyst so any idea when a 2003 Honda Civic VTI is one?

Check Clutch/transmission , engine head , throttle body , and yes see the dust in cataylic convertor ..
