Mercedes Benz w203 c200 transmission oil change..HELP!

Hey guys, I have a 04' c200 komp with 85k km on it. I read on a forum that transmission oil has to be changed around this point. It said that mercedes dealers have a special equipment to drain all the transmission fluid there is(which is about 7 litres). Apparently if you open the valve of the transmission box, only abt. 4litres is drained. rest of it is in the torque chamber.. All the technical mumbo jumbo aside, i want to ask that is there a way to get this done without having to drain your pockets at Shahnawaz. I mean is there any good mechanic in LAHORE who knows what he is doing? The guy who does my car's work didn't know what i was talkin about. Any professional advice or past experience would be helpful..Thanks,

Mercedes automatic transmissions are very reliable but as with anything mechanical, only if properly maintained!
Generally, you must (and a mercedes manual) transmission oil change, coupled with a transmission oil filter!
The main things to be taken are:

* The person dong the job should know what he is dong (no new information!)
* ABSOLUTE cleanliness are observed, the right gear oil should be used (included in the MB oil spec sheet)

The torque converter has a drain screw, a lot of oil flowing out!
The person who holds the job must have a good torque wrench, because that is the only right way the oil pan bolts can be tightened (after changing the transmission filter). The torque in the range of 10-15Nm (that minute) and jahil mechanics would always try to turn it on, which would result in a deformed oil pan cause leaks!

So my advice, if you can not do it yourself, not to save money, go to Shah Nawaz if you think they have the right expertise to the task!
