Query : Hilux 4 x 4 tyre Size

hi guys...just need some education abt the coding of the tyre size.. today i saw a hilux with Dunlop grandtrek on it, and wanted to know the profile of the tyre, but as per MY knowledge, i cudnt find any written. now i have highlighted these letters on he tyre.. i have THESE questions to ask:

1. whats the unit of 185 or 175 .....i mean is it in mm or what ?

2. the 13" rim we say....from where till where is this measurement on the rim?

3. in the pic below, what do the highlited figures in lite blue denote..and how can i come to know abt this tyre's profile.

4. what do these R and C stand for highlited in red ink ?

205/r16 is width and rim size, r is for radial, dunno abt C
not sure but maybe 106/104 is the max weight number ( 800-900kg or so )
