Rpm s To 400 Car Vibrates A Bit Then Goes To Normal 700 To 800k

I own Corolla Xli, which I bought in mid 2012 but I did not drive this car much as it was driven only 9300 kms so that. I noticed some strange voices, which I never observed.
When I would start the car previously, and left it idle, it had normal 700 rpm and it was the normal rpm that was installed in this car. The car is neutral and its Ac is also turned off.
When you check the above state of car, I found when the car is accelerated, and it is released, the rpm goes high as per expectations and when it is released, it was ped too low reaching to about 300 and 400, the car vibrates and then after a second o r two, it is restrained back to 700 rpm.
