Suggestions for Sportage engine swap

Hi,
I am currently looking for engines that can be put in my Sportage 2003 model. My preferences are:

- The swap should be bolt on (or with minimum alteration)
- The engine should be turbo diesel (preferably Toyota)

If any one has had experiences of this sort of swap , please share your experiences including the prices, workshops and the places to buy in Karachi.

Secondly, please also advise if rebuilding the stock engine in Sportage is a better alternative.

A friend of mine has swapped 3S 2L engine of 97-98 Toyota Crown in his father's Govt. 2002 Sportage and its working like charm. Go for it; its average is also very good and with CNG it won't cost you more than Rs.5/- per km
