Most manufacturers recommend a T-belt replacement at 100,000 kms. Given the severe driving conditions of Pakistan, anything over that figure and you're pushing it. Have it changed around the 95,000 to 100,000Km mark and always change the t-belt pretentioner (timing bearing) alongwith the T-belt. It may sound like a foolish idea to replace an apprently good bearing, but just think, that timing belt is going to be there(hopefully) for another 100,000 thousand Kms and while the timing belt will be new the bearing would've seen a 100,000+, so there's a great chance it might sieze up on you. Save you all the misery of opening up your engine between servicing, not to mention the resulting argument between the valves and the pistons which the valves usually lose!
