A Comparison Between MG ZS And Honda BR-V

We are here with another comparison between MG ZS and Honda BR-V. MG ZS is recently launched highly anticipated crossover SUV by Morris Garages whereas BR-V was launched back three years before by Honda in Pakistan. Without any delay we are moving towards the comparison between both vehicles. We will compare the premium variant of Honda BRV 1.5 i-VTEC S with ZS.

Engine and Transmission

The Morris Garages MG is offering 1498cc engine in its car which generates 112hp and 150Nm Torque in its ZS SUV. On the other hand Honda has installed a 1497cc engine, producing 118hp and 145Nm Torque in its BR-V SUV. Here we concluded that ZS produces higher torque thasn BR-V while BR-V has more horsepower as compared to ZS. Honda BR-V is featured with CVT Automatic, while ZS has 4-Speed Automatic Transmission and BR-V leads ZS in this regard.

Alloy Wheels Size

In terms of Alloy Wheels size MG ZS is prominent as compared to Honda BR-V. ZS comes with 17 inch Alloy Wheels while BR-V has 16 inch Alloy Wheels.
Head and Rear Lights
Both SUVs are featured with Halogen headlights with LED DRLs and Front Fog Lights. But ZS is also featured with Rear Fog Lights, Auto Switch on/off and Height Adjustable Headlights and on the other side Honda BR-V lacks these features.

Cruise Control

The Morris Garages offers Cruise Control feature in its SUV while Honda BR-V lacks Cruise Control.

Reverse Parking Sensors

The MG ZS comes with Parking Sensors for safe parking of the vehicle but Honda BR-V is not featured with Reverse Parking Sensors.

Safety

Both SUVs are provided with ABS/EBD, Rear View Camera and Immobilizer, which means they share most of the safety features except the number of airbags. But ZS has 6 airbags while Honda BR-V has only 2 airbags making ZS prominent in this regard. MG ZS is also featured with Electric Stability Program ESP and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS.

Shared Features

Both SUVs by Honda and Morris Garages MG share Smart Entry, Push Start, and Multimedia Steering.

Price

The MG ZS is available in the market at the price tag of Rs4,100,000, while the Honda BR-V comes at the price of Rs3,479,000, that shows BR-V Rs is 6 lacs cheaper than ZS.
