Best Selling SUV in Europe Launched in Pakistan

The globally renowned auto brand Peugeot has been in the minds of car enthusiast around the world due to its unique cars. However, the company started its operations again after the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 and became the market player in Europe in the very short span of time. 
After all, the Peugeot maintained its position and is currently regarded as the best selling car maker and ranked as second best selling auto brand in the European auto market, following the Volkswagen and Toyota. The company reported an increase in Peugeot Cars sales by 5 percent globally. 
The company set a record of selling about 1,214,851 units and now it has a record market share since its inception in 2015. Definitely, it’s a great achievement. The main reason behind achieving this milestone was the best management during shortage of the semiconductor chips. 
The Peugeot sold 23.7 percent of its vehicles in countries outside Europe including the Middle East and Africa acquiring 109,876 units, 83,429 in Latin America, 11,289 in North America, and a collective 28,637 in India, Asia, and the Pacific Region.
The company increased its production due to this big achievement and manufactured 208 hatchbacks and Peugeot 2008 crossover the two most successful models amongst the rest.

Making its presence around the globe, the Peugeot decided to enter in the Pakistani auto market. The European auto brand partnered with Lucky Motors to start its operations in Pakistan. The company launched the most popular crossover SUV as a locally assembled car in Pakistan, the Peugeot 2008. The SUV arrived in Pakistan in two variants like high end variant, the Allure and the base variant Active. 
After a global success, the Peugeot is now planning to launch and assemble more Peugeot cars in Pakistan. Peugeot is in the list of market players in Europe so we must think about the brand with its uniquely designed and intelligently assembled cars in Pakistan. Hopefully and curiously we will find the Peugeot 2008 in Pakistan.
