If the clients have the cars with lower engine capacities like 800cc, it can be transferred free, if the buyer is filer. The decision to waive off the transfer fee is encouraging for those, who have already paid their dues o r tax returns and it can be irritating for those people, who have yet to file them. It is expected that through this move, there is increase in revenue for FBR as the election year is coming now.
