First Wood Made Car

Tokyo, The Japanese engineers have prepared the first wood made car through the elements received from the wood. The weight of this car will be equal to fifth part of the present cars and it will five times stronger than the iron made cars.
According to the experts, the cellulose nano fiber is obtained from the trees and it will be used for the manufacturing of the cars within next few years. The experts of the Kyoto University and the spare parts manufacturing big companies have been working on this project for last many years. They made the tissues of the plum of the wood more brief to few hundred microns and it will be used.
A micron is the one thousandth part of a millimeter and so much tiny tissues of the wood are called cellulose nano fibers, which are being use for the preparation of ink to the transparent display. The use of the wood for the car is called ‘Kyoto Process’, in which the wooden powder is passed through the chemical process and the plastic is included in it. When they make it tinier, they prepare nano fibers. The manufacturing of the parts through the Kyoto process can cost five times less otherwise, it was very expensive recipe.
The experts said that the price of one kilo cellulose nano fiber will be reduced to half till 2030, which is not PJHR 1000 per kilo and with the decrease in price, the bodies of the car will be made possible through the cellulose nano fibers. It will be great advantage that the car will be lighter and it will be possible to run them through batteries. There will be revolution in the preparation of the less expensive, strong and environment friendly cars.
Various companies are working the new and latest technologies to reduce the weight of the cars, in which BMW company is also included. This company has used the fiber reinforced polymer in its electric cars while the high tensile and aluminum plates are used for the preparation of the light vehicles.
The reps of Toyota and Mazda hope that through the cellulose nano fibers, the light and strong vehicles can be prepared and it is expected that the new revolution of the less weight, cheaper, durable and strong electric cars will be brought.
