It happens with all of us that we found our vehicle unable to start in the morning o r during our travel in the road. But now, citizens in Lahore should not be worried about this situation anymore as a free mobile workshop has been started by the City Traffic Police CTP in Lahore that will help the car owners if a problem occurs for their car on the road.

At Lahore-Peshawar motorway, a similar mobile car repair service is already working and they can be called for assistance in case the car needs repairing on the side of motorway.
Though the service provided in Lahore is quite similar but on a larger scale as it will benefit the whole of Lahore city instead of just few specific points.
If you face such problem on the road, you can call between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm to helpline on 1915 to ask for help.
Currently, these mobile workshops are located close to Siddique Trade Center and the traffic authorities are intended to establish more such facilities in different parts of city in future.

All the necessary parts, tool and fluids are present in this movable workshop including:
• a welding plant
• a battery charger
• an air tank
• and a steel cutter
At the time of requirement, a circuit tester and a technician will also be send in the van. If required, the van can also drag the car.
Traffic Police in Faisalabad provided a unique mobile service to citizens a year ago through which citizens can easily contact the service to get all the basic services. This idea has been move forward by CTP Lahore by providing this service as it will facilitate the citizens of the largest city of Punjab.
