How to Apply for Renewal of License

Most of the people in the country do not get the driving license and very few people get their driving license renewed. There are some of the people, who apply for the beginner, permanent o r for the international license. The people, who have LTV o r HTV vehicles, they need to apply for the driving license and they should contact with the Driving License Issuance Management System DLIMS. They should visit the website to download the form E from there and they should complete the driving license renewal form. They need to attach the different documents to apply for the different licenses to renew the license. They should attach the following documents to renew the license.
• Required application form E within file cover.
• 2 attested photographs passport size
• Original driving license
• Ticket of relevant license
• A copy of National identity card CNIC
• Medical report
Renewal Fee:
• Motorcycle, rickshaw PKR 500
• Car, LTV, tractor commercial PKR 750
• HTV PSV PKR 1000
DLIMS is the online license verification and tracking system, which Government of Punjab has introduced. Punjab Information Technology Board PITB has developed this system and it is provided in 36 districts of Punjab province.
