MG GT Is Expected To Come After A Year: First Look

Morris Garrages Pakistan is planning to bring its first sedan MG GT in the market. The sedan was previously named as MG 5. The company has imported a test unit of the car. The MG GT will be a direct competitor to Hyundai Elantra, Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic.

Engine

The MG has offered the car in two engine options.

1. 1.5 Turbocharged Engine
2. 1.5 Naturally Aspirated Engine
The test unit which is imported has 1.5 naturally aspirated engine. It comes in three variants including Base, Mid, and Top.

Here we are going to review the mid variant of MG GT.

MG GT Exterior

The MG GT has a sporty look which adds more to the aggressiveness of the car. The front grille has a combination of dark grey and piano black colors with a front camera and MG monogram. Carbon fiber is used in the lip of the car. The car is also provided with smart DRLs and LED lights.

While moving towards the side of MG GT Sedan, we can see 16 inch alloy wheels. The side of the GT sedan is similar to that of Honda Civic 10th generation.

The rear end of the MG GT looks more attractive and beautiful as compared to its front. It has Lava LED backlights, diffuser, bumper and bumper reflector. The rear side of the sedan resembles with Mercedes C Class W205. The rear side is also featured with rear camera and parking sensors as well.

Interior

The MG GT has superb interior as compared to exterior. The interior of the car is featured with smart and innovative features like speedometer with LED, LED touch screen infotainment system aligned in the center of dashboard and a 360 camera as well.

The dashboard of the MG GT is finished with hexagon design. The steering design of the car is similar to MG HS. The doors and seats are covered with black leather. Seats are comfortable.

As we are talking about mid variant of the MG GT, it is offered with manual seat adjustments. On the other hand the top variant of the car is provided with electric adjustments.
