MG Is Setting Up An EV Manufacturing Plant In Lahore

Morris Garages MG is a top automaker in China and after its arrival in Pakistan the company has made a prominent place in the auto industry of Pakistan by launching highly anticipated vehicles in the hatchback, SUV and Sedan lineups. Being a new entrant, the automaker flourished quickly and developed the trust among the car lovers in Pakistan.

The MG Pakistan spokesperson, Javed Afridi has a major contribution in the development of the auto giant in Pakistan. He has always been ahead and remains active on social media platforms in promoting and introducing the newly launched products under the brand of MG.

The most important and major development, from MG Pakistan is that the MG is now going to make its debut in the electric vehicles EV segment in terms of local production in Pakistan. In this regard, the auto giant has announced to establish an EV manufacturing plant in Pakistan.

According to sources, from the MG Pakistan platform, the automaker plans to set up the EV manufacturing plant near Raiwind, Lahore. Remember, that, MG has already announced to produce the electric variant of its newly launched petrol version of ZS. Hopefully, the electric version of ZS will be assembled locally.
