New Price Tag Comparison between City Vs Yaris Vs Alsvin

All car companies in Pakistan have increased the prices of their cars and people are now thinking and compare the prices of various cars with each other to make decision for the purchase of budget-friendly car. You need to know the reasons, for which the auto companies have increased the prices of their cars.

Rupee Devaluation

The car manufacturers have to increase the prices of their cars because the rupee is devalued consistently against US Dollar. The exchange rate of rupee to dollar is increasing day by day, which has left bad impact on the economy and it became difficult for the people to buy different things at the normal rate. When the price of dollar is increased, the cost on the import of the car is also increased and the companies have to increase the rates of their cars and the consumers have to pay more.

Container Shortage

The car manufacturers have to face the issue of shortage of container and it is another big reason for car price hike. The containers also became 12 times more expensive this year than the last year. The experienced global auto manufacturing companies including Suzuki, Toyota , Honda, KIA and Hyundai are protected from the massive increase because they have done the long term contracts with the big shipping companies for the transportation of their vehicles. The new companies like Changan, MG, Proton and DFSK started their global operations of the transportation of their titlevehicles in recent years but these companies did not have long term contracts with the shipping companies and these companies have to face the issues of costly containers and delay in provision of the containers.
