Pakistani Manufacturers Participate In German Show

KARACHI:
The automechanika Frankfurt show is being conducted in Germany from 13 Sep to 17 Sep 2016, in which fifteen Pakistani auto part manufacturers will participate in the coming auto show, which is the world largest auto show.
This is the five day exhibition and it is meeting the requirements of the aftermarket sourcing, retail chains, and garage equipment and there will be some other trade visitors from auto sector of Pakistan.
Pakistani exporters try to make the inroads in the European market through the export related skills training, which is given by Dutch CBI Center for Promotion of Imports from low cost countries. CBI has managed different export coaching programs in Pakistan and they have resulted in grooming the engineering companies for export market and they have created the human resources of export managers. The companies, which are looking the huge potential for auto spare parts and the accessories in the international market and they bear the cost themselves. They also participate in other auto exhibitions including Automechanika Shanghai, Chicago, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Moscow etc.
There are some of the companies, which will participate in the Frankfurt show like A-One Techniques, Darson Industries, Eastern Agro Industries, Harris Silicon & Gas, Mannan Shahid Forging, Thal Engineering, Infinity Engineering, Ahmed Traders, Landhi Engineering, Rubatech Manufacturing, Jodhala Complex, Kortech Auto Industries, Thermosole Industries, Mehran Commercial Enterprises and Rastgar Engineering Company.
From these companies, most companies are members of Pakistan Association of Auto Parts and Accessories Manufacturers Paapam and they are going to exhibit the products of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan TDAP and there will be three companies, which will display their products with the collaboration of CBI.
The senior vice chairman of Paapam, Mashhood Ali Khan said that the association wanted to enhance the exports from Pakistan and its vision to take the exports to engineering to $5 billion till the next five years. The member companies are doing the competition with India, China, Thailand and Vietnam. He further added that they will get orders from European and other countries of the world.
He also said that the association invited the auto part distributors and the buying houses to come and visit Pakistan Auto Part Show, which is going to be conducted next year. They hoped that more foreign delegations will come at the show than the previous years.
