Toyota Fortuner and Hilux Equips 2021 Facelift Version

Toyota has launched this facelift version of the SUV Fortuner and Pickup trucks Hilux for year 2021 in home market in Thailand. Toyota Fortuner and Hilux Equips 2021 Facelift Version.

New in Toyota Fortuner

Power Train:

The automaker modified the higher end 2.8 liters diesel turbo engine with Electric Control Unit in order to produce more output power and torque. This vehicle is producing the maximum output power of 204 hp and 500 Nm of torque. Before this, the vehicle was producing the 177 hp power and 450 Nm of torque. The engine is upgraded but the fuel economy of this vehicle will not be affected. The 2.4 liter diesel turbo engine is mated to 6 speed manual o r automatic transmission to keep the same by the auto manufacturer. This vehicle produces the maximum power of 163 hp and 400 Nm of torque.

Exterior:

Toyota Fortuner regular version gets the new face in 2021 and it is incorporated with redesigned LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights. The popular SUV gets the larger pattern front radiator grills and this company has launched the new design for 18 inch alloy wheels. The automaker is providing the much slimmer LED tail lights. The sportier version of Toyota Fortuner is referred as Legender model with top specs and it is added with split front radiator grille and bumper to include the sequential LED turn indicators with the LED projector headlamps and alloy wheels.

Interior:

The company has not made many changes on the interior side of the vehicle and the manufacturer has provided the improved and larger 8 inch touch screen infotainment system, which is compatible with Apple Car Play. The legender version is added with 9 inch touch screen infotainment system with cabin and the advanced safety system “Toyota Safety Sense”.

Power Train:

The automaker has retained the output power of 2.4 liter diesel version Hilux. This engine gets more powerful engine and it produces the maximum output power of 01 hp and 500 Nm of torque. The company has reduced idling revolutions of Hilux from 850 rpm to 680 rpm and it will help the users to get better fuel economy.

Exterior:

Toyota Hilux gets the new front end look with the three dimensional front radiator grille and it is also added with front bumper. The new facelifted outlook of the vehicle gives the road presence and appealing.

Interior:

For Toyota Hilux interior, the company has introduced the new 8 inch touch screen infotainment system with Apple Car Play and Android Auto connectivity. The top of the line vehicle has Toyota Safety Sense. This vehicle is added with dynamic radar cruise control, lane departure and pre-collision system.
