Toyota land cruiser 200 is the 4 wheel drive SUV from Toyota and this vehicle is called V8 mistakenly due to V8 badge on its boot and now it will be offered in V6 configuration. The V8 engine is basically two parallel inline four engines shared the common crankshaft and this simple configuration has flat o r single plane crankshaft and vibrations in engine with large displacement. Most V8s have used more complex cross plane crankshaft with heavy counterweights to reduce the vibrations. The engine is more powerful than V6 and it is considered less expensive than V12. There is another considerable advantage of V8 engine is that the engine are sound phenomenal and manufacturers used them in high performance cars and off road vehicles for many years.






New land cruiser will have new ladder frame chassis and it helps reducing the weight and it also improves the safety credentials. V6 from Lexus LS makes 310 kW and it has 600 Nm more powerful engine than V8, which is replaced. The current generation 200 model has been producing since September 2007 and Lexus LX was produced after two months. Toyota is making some new changes and the major facelift was started in 2015. Toyota offers 5.7L petrol engine in the market like North America and it is also offered in other countries like South Africa and Japan with 4 o r 5 liter V8 engine of same configuration and it offers 195 kW and 650 Nm
