Volkswagen New Cars Launching in Pakistan

Volkswagen is the leading auto manufacturing company, which has released this exclusive news or update for the launching of different cars in Pakistani auto market. The company has started working on its plant and it will take time of two years to complete. It is expected that the company will exhibit its first car in Pakistan during 2023. Earlier Car Launch Plan

According to the media reports, German company will manufacture Amarok truck and transporter van in Pakistan. The truck will be designed and manufactured as the competitor of Toyota Hilux and Isuzu D-Max. The other vehicle, Transporter will be designed to compete with Hyundai Grand Starex and Kia Grand Carnival.

Change of Plans

The company has made the change in its plan and we got some leaks during the podcast with the senior official of Engineering Development Board (EDB). Volkswagen informed that they have discontinued the manufacturing of the vehicles, Amarok Truck and Transporter Van on the global level and they want to replace these vehicles with the new cars.

When the company shared the details, the concerned officer said that the company wants to use the Greenfield till 2026.

Possible New Launches by Volkswagen

Volkswagen has changed the plan to release SUVs or mini SUVs of Skoda and Volkswagen in Pakistan and this company is going to launch the passenger vehicles but not the commercial trucks. The company will launch these cars at their first stage.

We can find the SUVs by Volkswagen and Skoda and there could be:

• Volkswagen Taos, a C-segment SUV

• T-roc, a B-segment SUV.
