Zotye Z100 in Pakistan by HRL Motors

Since several decades, Pakistani auto industry is managed by local auto assemblers and we don’t see many new arrivals in the industry. But now, the situation seems to change as the HRL Habib Rafiq Group motors is releasing a Chinese assembled hatchback in Pakistan which is known as the Zotye Z100. The Zotye Z100 looks similar to 7th generation Suzuki Alto at first glance because this Chinese assembled caris based on the groundwork of the 7th generation Suzuki Alto. According to HRL motors website, these new affordable Chinese cars will be available in Pakistan after agreement of HRL with the Chinese company Zotye.

The Zotye Z100 has a EURO 4 compliant 1.0 liter 12 valve inline 3 engine with 5 speed manual transmission that produces 66.4 lb-ft of torque and 68 bhp at 3500rpm through which the car can achieve the speed of 150 km/h. it is also claimed by HRL will give the fuel economy of 18.9 km/l that will allow the driving of up to 660 km with a single tank of fuel with capacity of 35 liters.
