Is your inspection team qualified?

Yes, all the car mechanics are qualified to inspect the car and have gone through rigorous training before being allowed to test a vehicle. Every car engineer has an experience of more than 10 years.

How much time does it takes to inspect the car?

Car Inspection program ensures to check each and every bit and part of the vehicle, it usually takes between 30 – 60 minutes to inspect a car.

Will I get the Inspection report right away?

The Car Inspection report will be handed over to you within 1 working day of its inspection. We further enhance the report and cross-checks it to omit errors. So it can take upto 1 workig day to get your report ready.

Can I review the report before it goes live?

Every report is initially shared with the vehicle owner and will not be made live until 24 hours of it generation. The vehicle owner can accept or reject the report without being questionable. For more queries or complaints, you can call our Customer Care Service Department and your complaints will be addressed as soon as possible for us.

Which cities are covered in Car Inspection inspection program?

The Car Inspection Program is currently available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi. But soon it will be launched for Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Multan.

What if the car is sold before inspection happened?

You can call our Customer Support Department and cancel your Car Inspection appointment. If you have paid in advance, all your payment will be returned without any queries.

What are the inspection timings?

Our official inspection timings are 11 AM – 8 PM.

Is test drive compulsory for certifying my car?

In order to complete our check list, test driving of vehicle is mandatory. Test drive may reveal certain driving response of the vehicle which might affect the resale value in a positive or negative manner.

Does your report have any validity period?

Car Inspection report is the true picture of car on a certain Inspection date and so validity does not apply. It means that on certail date and time, your car was under that condition.

What if I am not satisfied with your certification?

Our on-field team will make sure that your concern gets addressed and they’ll provide you with complete rationale of their decision. If you still don’t get satisfied, you can call Car Inspection Team Lead and register your complaint. Our Team Leads are automotive experts with very vast experience in the industry.
