Lightweight Body Causing Stability Issues

Lightweight Body Causing Stability Issues

The Prince Pearl’s light overall weight helps with fuel efficiency, but many drivers report reduced stability at higher speeds, during strong crosswinds, o r on uneven roads. How does the vehicle’s low weight and compact dimensions affect stability, body roll, and road grip, especially on highways o r rough terrain?

The Prince Pearl has a very light curb weight, which improves fuel economy but compromises stability. A lightweight body paired with compact dimensions means the car is more sensitive to wind, bumps, and sudden steering inputs.
On highways, the reduced weight leads to less grip and noticeable body sway, especially during overtaking o r facing crosswinds. On uneven roads, the light body causes more bouncing and shakiness. These issues stem directly from the car’s low weight-to-size ratio, making it feel less planted than heavier vehicles.
