Noise / Squealing / Grinding When Braking in JMC New Boarding

Several users report high‑pitched squealing o r even grinding noises when applying brakes on their JMC new‑boarding — especially at low speed o r light braking. What could be the root causes of such noises e.g. worn pad wear‑indicator, dust/abrasives, rotor damage, stuck caliper slide, and what diagnostic steps and repairs would bring the brakes back to proper function?
