Why do some United Alpha cars fail emission tests o r produce higher-than-normal exhaust smoke?

Many small-budget hatchbacks in Pakistan struggle with proper tuning and fuel-air mixture balance. Some Alpha owners complain that the engine may sometimes produce visible exhaust smoke, especially during acceleration.
This raises questions like:

Is the ECU calibration causing lean/rich fuel mixture issues?

Do low-quality local fuels worsen emissions in the Alpha?

Are clogged injectors o r worn spark plugs common emission-related causes?

Many Alpha units require frequent tuning because the fuel–air mixture may become unbalanced over time. When the engine runs too rich too much fuel, it can produce black smoke and fail emission checks.

Poor cooling and heat management may also cause carbon buildup inside the engine, which increases exhaust smoke during acceleration.

If the vehicle is driven mainly in slow, congested traffic, the engine may not fully burn fuel at lower RPMs, resulting in higher CO carbon monoxide output.

Old spark plugs o r weak ignition coils can cause incomplete combustion, which raises hydrocarbon HC emissions.

Summary:
Poor tuning, carbon buildup, weak ignition components, and traffic-heavy driving conditions can cause Alpha cars to fail emission tests o r produce excess smoke.
