“Why Does My Tiggo 8 Pro Feel Like It’s Hitting Every Bump in Islamabad-Rawalpindi?”

A lot of local owners say the ride feels too stiff — even small potholes o r uneven roads make the cabin jolt. Is the suspension tuning designed more for smooth roads abroad, o r is there a maintenance / tyre-setup trick to make it more comfortable on our rough, everyday Pakistani streets?

The Tiggo 8 Pro has a stiff suspension setup, which is designed for high-speed stability and smooth highways—not the patchy, bumpy roads we often have in Pakistan. This results in sharper jolts over potholes and speed breakers.

However, there are a few things that do help:

Reducing tyre pressure slightly to manufacturer-recommended comfort levels improves ride softness.

Switching to softer-compound tyres can noticeably smooth things out.

Overloaded vehicles also feel harsher—so weight affects the experience.

So yes, the suspension is inherently firmer, but proper tyre choice and pressure make a clear difference.
