Hyundai Tucson Includes Top 5 Best Selling Cars of Aug 2022

During the recent months, the car companies have faced the big production cuts and price increase. Pak Suzuki Motor Company, Honda Atlas Cars Limited and Toyota Indus Motor Company has experienced the poor sales during the months of July and August.

The motor company, Hyundai Nishat Motors Private Limited faced the strong sale of its cars despite of the economic and trade hurdles all over the country. This car company has the massive increase of 860% in sales last month and it has outsold HACL, which is the big milestone. You can find the 5 best-selling cars during August 2022.

Note: Kia, Changan, Proton, Haval, MG, Prince, DFSK, and United are Non-PAMA members as they did not share their official sales figures.

Honda City

The popularity of Honda City is increasing day by day after its sales in last few months. The car is the sub-compact sedan that beats Toyota Corolla, which is considered the most popular car of Pakistan and it also beat other subcompact cars including Toyota Yaris and Suzuki Swift.

HACL sold 830 units of City last month and the sales of this car bounced back after the automaker found the important hurdles.

Hyundai Tucson

HNMPL has made records of the bestseller list because of the courtesy of the star crossover, Hyundai Tucson. The automaker sold the excellent number of 985 units of Tucson the previous month and it beat the top sellers. The sales of all crossover SUVs is added with Tucson and it will remain below 1000 unit mark and it has given the recent price and tax rate increase.

Toyota Yaris

Toyota has shown the massive improvement in sales during August. The Toyota Yaris has the big jump of 102% in sales, when you compare it to July sales. Toyota IMC sold the units of 1306 of Yaris and it is included in 3rd spot among best-selling vehicles in Pakistan.

Toyota Corolla

Toyota Corolla has been very popular among Pakistani car enthusiasts and now it has claimed its position as best-selling sedan in Pakistan as the company has made massive production. Toyota IMC sold total 1595 units of Corolla in July 2022 and it is strong to show for compact sedan, which gives ongoing operational slump.

Suzuki Alto

Suzuki Alto is considered the best-selling car in Pakistan but it saw the big decline in its sales. PSMC sold total 2,293 units of Alto in August and it makes the best-selling car for 8th consecutive month of this year.

PSMC observed the big decrease in Alto car sales as this car has poor sales in the remaining lineup. The automakers and the experts of the industry expect more decline in demand of the coming days as the rate of dollar is decreasing and price hike is consistently increasing and the company is giving long delivery periods, which can cause long delays.
