Suzuki Bolan Compare to FAW X PV

Design
Both the vehicles have normal design and Suzuki Bolan is beginning to show its age and the car has been in the market for several decades with some minor changes. The overall shape of the vehicle is wonderful and it was seen in boxy shapes as you looked in eighties. This vehicle has square headlights and general all around unassuming and dull shape.

It makes Bolan the slowest and underpowered vehicle you can buy today in Pakistan. There is another biggest drawback in Bolan is its ride quality and minivan can get unstable at high speeds. The clients can feel all of the bumps and potholes, when they sit near the rear of the vehicle.
When you check the vehicle, FAW X-PV, it is little bit better as it is added with 1.0 liter inline-4 cylinder engine to produce 60 bhp and 84 Nm of torque. It mates to 5 speed manual transmission and it does not feature the option for the automatic. Ride quality of FAW X-PV is better than Bolan as it is featured with proper suspension setup with MacPherson Strut set up on the front side. X-PV is more powerful and it does feel as sluggish as Bolan.


Interior
When you check the interior of Suzuki Bolan, it has the outdated looking on the interior side. The interior of the vehicle is lined with dull plastic trim pieces and everything from mechanisms of the pedals down to exposed steering wheel linkage to front wheels. There are next to no creature comforts in interior, not radio o r air conditioning. The seats of the vehicle are upholstered as standard in cloth material.
FAW X-PV things are better and quality of plastic lining may not feature the significant improvement. X-PV does the feature of stereo speaker system, air conditioning, cloth upholstered seats, front and rear seat belts. The specs of the FAW X-PV dual A/C system to feature the four air vents on roof behinds the front seats so that the passengers sitting in the rear are not left baking in heat.


Price & Verdict
The price of the Suzuki Bolan is started at PKR 730,000 which is bit cheaper than FAW X-PV for the standard and the variant with Dual AC system costs PKR 899,000. There is the substantial price difference between two vehicles. If they have money, they should opt for FAW X-PV and get more comfortable and overall better equipped and usable family car, which is compared Suzuki Bolan. The vehicle is too simple to be used as family car because of its spare parts availability and Suzuki strong network of 3s dealerships all around the country. Suzuki Bolan is the choice for many people.
