Suzuki Swift Next Gen Launching Delayed to 2023

Suzuki has delayed the exhibition of the next generation Suzuki Swift by 2023 and it will be provided in the market in first half of 2023 after seven years of the launching of the current model. The viewers will get the information of Suzuki Swift Next Gen Launching Delayed to 2023


It was expected that this popular hatchback was to be released in the market in late 2022. The recent report from the Japanese automotive gave the news without giving any reason that the launching ceremony of this car will take place next year. Suzuki started the testing of the new Swift in the beginning of this year. There are some of the photos of the hidden test unit, which were released on the internet. These images gave the details of the car and this new Swift follows the similar design language as its predecessors have with smooth body lines and curved silhouette. 


The bonnet of the car has clamshell design and headlights are available at lower and out on the sides of the car. The remainder gives the look as current Swift with the squatted rear end, hunkered-down stance and high beltline. 

We have no much information about the car but there are some speculations that it will have turbocharged 1.4 liter engine. The rumors show that 2024 Swift will have the features of hybrid electric and sports variants and both the cars will be released a year after the release of the base variant. 

Suzuki Swift in Pakistan

Third generation Swift was released in Pakistan in the beginning of this year and this car has relatively more price and the hatchback got the popularity. 
The Pakistani-spec Swift is available in three variants, which are naturally aspirated 1.2 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine to make 83 hp and 113 Nm of torque. The power is provided to the front wheels through 5-speed manual or CVT gearbox on the basis of the variant. 


This car is considered most well-equipped subcompact cars of Pakistan and the features are added with automatic climate control, six airbags, backup camera, smart infotainment unit and hill start assist. These features give the big price tag as the price of new Swift is started from Rs.3.2 million and it reaches to Rs.3.8 million. The features and looks make it good resale value.
