1. MG ZS

MG Motors launched the MG ZS SUV after an official launch of MG HS. The MG ZS was officially launched and offered for booking in January 2021. The MG ZS was the cheapest SUV of the year 2021. It was actually a budget version of MG HS for those who are unable to afford the MG HS SUV.

The MG Pakistan also promised to introduce the electric version of the MG ZS SUV at its launch and finally happened so and we saw MG ZS EV in the month of June 2021.

Interesting fact about the MG ZS is that MG ZS is the cheapest SUV of Pakistan and MG ZS is the cheapest electric SUV of Pakistan.

The MG Motors made another addition to its SUV lineup after an official launch of electric version of MG ZS. The automaker then launched the MG HS plug in hybrid electric vehicle MG HS PHEV in the local market. The MG HS PHEV is a fresh entry to hit the local market and was launched in September 2021 officially.

3. Haval Jolion

The Haval is Chinese automaker and is a subsidiary of Great Wall Motors GWM of China. In 2021, the Haval made its entry in the Pakistani auto market and partnered with Sazgar Engineering Works Limited SEWL. In Partnership with Sazgar, In March 2021, Haval launched two SUVs in the local market and Haval Jolion was one of them.

Haval Jolion is a midsized budget friendly SUV in the local industry. The Haval Jolion was imported as a CBU and limited number of Jolion imported in Pakistan. The company gained a very impressive response from the SUV lovers in Pakistan.

It is worthy to mention here that the Haval has also a plan to launch Haval 6 hybrid version. Interestingly, the first unit of Haval H6 HEV is already brought for testing in Pakistan.

5. Kia Sorento

The SUV Corolla Cross was imported in July from Thailand and company is still selling Completely Built Units CBU units of this SUV. For the three consecutive months the Toyota Corolla Cross remained the top selling car in Pakistan. The company has not changed the price of Toyota Corolla Cross.
