Best replacement of 2e engine?

Corolla model 1995 Xe, which is available in Rawalpindi. This car has installed original engine of 2E. The main problem in this car is fuel average, which is about 7/8. What should I do to replace it? What to do with fuel average and 6 months left for engine replace. Carburetor expert may be in Pindi o r not and he may do vacuum line setting. Request to all to help me to find right expert.
