How should I increase the fuel efficiency of Toyota Aqua?

I have recently purchased the 2013 model Toyota Aqua. It was imported in the year 2017. The car has been driven 73000 till now. I have changed engine oil, oil filter, Air filter, transmission oil from Toyota workshop. Yesterday I went to Peshawar with speed varies 125 to 160 from mardan the distance which I have covered is exact 124 k.M.

My car fuel average is around 19 kilometre
I don't know is it satisfied o r not
3. Question is how i should increase the average of my car?
I will appreciate your suggestions and recommendations. I will get help from you and thanks in advance for helping me in this regard.
