Need Help on Advancer & emulator

Salam everyone!
I recently purchased a 99 Exi citizen who has installed CNG kit, but coudnt see no Advancer or emulator under the hood. It starts on petrol and CNG automatically converts to 1500 RPM. The engine was swapped with D15b, but it is an old dual Carby / efi engine. It has a cylinder 55 pounds and gave me 180 km on the highway w / o ac and ac to 150 km. In the city gives to 100 km and 125 km ac w / o ac. I need ur advice on the following:
1. Should I install the emulator & Advancer?
2. will increase the mileage?
3. If so, indicate a good brand and estimated price?
4. what about 4 or 5 CIP CIP??.

Any EFI car requires an emulator/advancer for better performance, better efficiency and better economy.,
So the short answer is YES, its a must thing for Civic EXI. Im using Landirenzo STAP advancer for my VTI and very happy since the Day 1 I installed it.
