. Are the stock 19-inch tyres on the Oshan X7 too hard for Pakistani road conditions?

The stock 19-inch alloy wheels with low-profile tyres look great, but I feel every pothole and speed breaker. The ride quality isn’t as smooth as I expected. Are these tyres too stiff for daily city use in Pakistan? Has anyone downgraded to 18 o r 17-inch wheels for more comfort? Would that affect warranty o r handling?
