. Are there reports of missing o r damaged exterior parts upon delivery?

Some MG HS owners have found missing o r damaged exterior components, such as plastic covers on the rear wiper o r scratches on bumpers, upon taking delivery of their vehicles. Is this a common occurrence, and what steps should be taken if such issues are identified?

Yes. Early buyers reported receiving vehicles with missing o r damaged exterior components. One example: A missing plastic cover on the rear wiper and small scratches on bumpers were found right after delivery.

What to Do:

Always perform a thorough pre-delivery inspection PDI, looking closely at bumpers, plastic trims, and exterior panels.

Document any scratches o r missing parts with photos.
