10 Months and Still No Smart Card: What Should I do?

In August 2022, I purchased a car from showroom XLI 2006 and transferred it to my name within a week. After a month, I exchanged it with a GLI 2010 from the same showroom. They kept the GLI card and informed me that we will exchange the cards once I receive mine. However, it has been 10 months, and I still havent received the card.

I have visited the excise office multiple times, but they have no information apart from saying that the card was dispatched on September 12, 2022. I am looking for suggestions on how to find the whereabouts of the card o r if there is any agent near Lahore GPO who can track o r gather information about the card.

Even the staff at the Sargodha excise office has no idea about the current status o r whereabouts of the card, and I have checked all the registers of my local post office, but there is no log of the card.

It happens all you can do at this point is keep being headache to excise department and they will do something about it.
