17" alloys and suspension problem

duz 17" rimz really affects da suspension or hisa??my friendz using 17" on hiz civic for abt 2 years nd he hasnt faced a single prob regarding suspension or nething like dat
expert opinions required

I also like 17Inch alloys very much but people say that they afeect the suspension But if you have to drive your ride with family than they would realy affct but In my opinion 16 inch alloys should be used with high profile tire not low profile in that wayRim size would not so small and High profile tire would solve the suspension problem.I have seen one new civic with that 16 inch rims and high profile hardly one could say that these are 16 inch alloys DAMN they look GR8
