1996 Civic, interior panel thingy... need help!

My panel was jacked a while ago and I finally got the time and money to actually get my car fixed and I was wondering where can I get this part for my car? I don't want to go to shershah nor can I afford to buy it from the Honda showroom (6000 rs.)... does anyone know where I can get this repaired or get a new one at a cheap price?

There are a couple of shops who deal mainly n almost only in Honda. Dashes, doors, bonnets, bumpers wagaira paray hongay aur choti cheezain like speedometers, steerings etc chaht sey latkay hongay
