2.1 Speakers in Cuore

I might sound silly, but i think this is the best place to ask my question.

The thing is i've recently gotten myself a really nice 2.1 sound system - Altec Lansing VS4221 which i attached to ma Home PC awa to ma DVD player. IT ROCKS..

I was wondering, if it is possible that i can install this system in ma cuore ?? the mp3 player that i have in the gaddi says it already has available 2 ports for rear speakers

WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE ?

Appreciate your advices.

a few things u should know
1 ) if ur speaker system run on 12v dc u dont need any converter to power
2) the 2.1 systems have a internel amp so u cannot give them input from the speaker lines from ur pre coz that is already amplified u can thuogh give the input to the 2.1 system from ht pre-output from ur pre (i.e the sub woofer output) but dont try giving it input from the speaker lines as the input current of ur 2.1 is around .5 - 1 w where as the power from the speaker lines could be anywhere b/w 20-55 w depending on ur pre's power
