2001 Honda City EXIS Automatic vibrating at low RPMs

Hey everyone, I have a 2001 Honda City EXIS Automatic thats vibrating at low RPMs, especially when idling. I replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body about 2000 km ago, and theres no check engine light o r error codes. My mechanic thinks it’s fine, but the vibrations are annoying. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Thanks!

I think it might be the IAC valve. It could also be a vacuum leak. Don’t forget to check the PCV valve too.
