2005 civic, Steering is so hard, plz help

Hi Guyz, i recently bought new 05 civic exi,
its steering is much harder, even more then my old 02 civic.
Please advise what kind of problem might be there ?

is there any kind of oil in steering which helps to keep it soft, or what else might be to solve this problem,

you just bought the blue exi right?...any ways i have an EXI myself, steering is a tad bit harder than my Citys steering, but i really like it...it gives a very solid/stable feel....maybe its due to my 15" yokos, but dont know, u shud check the powersteering fluid level...last but not least, it could also be due to crappy stock general tyres.
