2008 Nissan Otti getting about 10 km per liter

Hey everyone!

I drive a 2008 Nissan Otti that’s nearly hit 100,000 km. I’m getting about 10 km per liter with the AC on while cruising at 90 on the motorway. I recently had the tuning, throttle body, and plugs cleaned, and I changed the air filter, but I haven’t noticed any improvement. Also, the car seems to heat up when I go over 110 km/h. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Thanks!

If your car is heating up, you should check the cooling system to make sure it’s working properly—like the radiator and coolant level. A blown head gasket could also cause overheating. Make sure to look at the coolant reservoir for any signs of oil mixing in it.
