2017 toyota vitz fuel average

Hi dear members. I have recently purchased a 2017 Witz. The total mileage of the car is 77000. Shell 5w20, Air Filter Toyota Thailand Replace with Copy and Oil Filter and also replaced Plug but my car in Karachi city is giving fuel average 11-12. Given the condition of the roads and heavy traffic, is this the average fuel average? Kindly guide me in this regard.

This average seems fine to me given traffic conditions. I use to get around 14 - 14.5 in Lahore with modest traffic. Also please do reconsider your choice of oil, if your vitz is 1.0 1KR-FE, then this engine have reputation of burning oil. In my experience 5w30 would be a safe bet.
