2E Engine overhauling

Salam To All members here on gari.pk.

I have corolla 90.It came stock with 2E engine.cng installed.Now iam feeling very low pickup on petrol and cng.20-60 in about 8 seconds without ac on petrol

Iam thinking of getting its engine makeover so to improve its performance.
Where should i get its engine overhauled (+ wiring) in lahore (the best reliable place)?

Secondly when i put some load on my car (example turning on headlights,fan,) the car rpm drops rapidly from 1000 to 600.If i turn on the Ac then the rpm goes below 500 and car turns off.

What do u suggest from the above 2 queries?

About RPM Drop Down...Get RPMS Settled And Check A/c Idler Switch For Proper Functioning....!!
About Pickup So 2E Gets Down On CNG......If Engine Is Weak Thats Different Thing But A Good Healty 2E Also Gets Down On CNG......!! Simply Because It Gets Underpowered On CNG...!!
Just Swap Some Different Engine Is You Want A Good Drive On CNG...!!
