3S-GTE in an AE101

Hey guys, I'm planning to put on a 3S-GTE in my AE101 (a.k.a Indus Corolla).. its currently running on a 4A-FE, I had a few thoughts in my mind about what to put in, 20v 4AGE (blacktop/silvertop), 4AGZE, 3S-GTE (AWD BABY!) and I ended up deciding on either 4AGZE and 3S-GTE, i know 3S-GTE is more powerful on stock plus AWD is a better traction option... but what do you think which one of these are a better fit in the AE101 frame without much touchups..
P.S. converting the ride to AWD is NOT a problem here.

well the best bolt on fit is 4age (20v) or to some extent 4agze..
for 3sgte you will need some modification but i think its worth it too, but for the drive terain, if you are consider ing awd than think again and try to remove this idea from your mind caz for awd you will need some serious modification to the body of the car, that is cutting and welding of highly proffesional manner and its not worth tha efforst and money, this all is according to my humble opinion.
