4E Engines, Tunning Performance and mods

I got a 4E-FTE engine with 6 Speed MT,in my Charade G100,
Its an Excellent Swap, now th eNext step is to Tune my engine,
i need Help regarding tuning my Engine with a diagnostic, can anybody guide me who has it in Rawalpindi Islamabad??
the problem i am facing is its ECU cuts down boost/fuel at higher RPMs, and seems like engines missing,
in 5th gear at around 130kms 140kms car while accelerating suddenly feels like the power is cut off, please leme know if anybody has an idea and know about 4F engines?
Any Body has its Engine Manuals,(or know its online adress) because i am facing trouble finding the RPM, heat Guage, Speedo meter sensors, Fuel Guage and rest of the Dials are working fine,need to adjust the Speedo meter and Techo meter, along with all the oil,water,battery sensors,
