5 Speed

I have CHARADE CS with 4 Speed Transmition System. On CNG It Attains 130km/H easily BUT at that time RPMs touches to 4500/m. Some One say me that its harmful for engine. If at this speed engine gets 5supth/sup gear then RPM will come down to 3000/m. Kindly Suggest me that should I replace my 4 Speed with 5 Speed Or Its Ok Like It. Please Recommend
