5. Can using poor-quality coolant in Pakistan cause radiator damage o r leaks in the Hyundai Oshan X7?

I used a locally available coolant brand for a refill, and now I’m noticing minor leaks and rust deposits near the radiator cap. Could using the wrong coolant damage the radiator o r its seals?
