A few issues with my Chevy Joy 2006

Hello Guys,

I recently purchased the Chevy Joy 2006. The car is running perfectly, there are just a few issues surrounding it which I'd like to talk to you about:

1) Check Engine light is on - the mechanic (chevy dealer) told me that this check engine light is on coz of factory fitted CNG and it's nothing to worry about.

2) First and second gears are at times a little stiff (relatively mushkil se lagtey hain) - i think they should be more fluid than they are right now.

3) When I start the car, it starts with a very high race even if i haven't pressed the accellerator, after a couple of seconds though, it becomes normal.

The car is running absolutely fine without any problems. AC, CNG, Petrol all fine, just the issues that I mentioned above.

Can anybody help please?

Thanks,

1 - For check engine light go to any skilled cng mechanic,he will solve this problem by adjusting emulator.

2 - For gear shifting problem, get the clutch adjusted by any mechanic.

3 - Nothing to worry about high rpm at cold start up, it is normal, because there is a cold start thermostat valve installed in air intake system to make starting easier when engine is cold by restricting air.
