A new bie seeks advice

Guys am quite new to wheels, just got a 95 Margalla (plus) and learned driving, coping with Karachi's traffic

My car has got an amplifier (couldn't figure out its brand name) and two small dash board speakers (only one of them seems to be working).

What I want is to have a decent (don't want to please the whole road or market but yes I do like the sound quality) sound system in my car. Want this old amplifier to be replaced with a good cassette player (radio or FM will be a plus) and get two good speakers at the rear (right now their place is vacant).

Any idea what should I go for and where in Karachi? and how much would it cost me - after all the price is going to be borne by me (an adna sarkari mulazim) and not by my mom or dad

And what you are calling an amplifier ... is not an amplifier. Thats what we call a headunit.

Anyways, just give an approxiamete budget and your query shall be answered.
